We were very sad to say goodbye to one of our original Lady Exclusives, the indescribably lovely Andrea Munson, recently. She’s run off to Minnesota to kick it with Morris Day and the Vikings (seriously). However, we’re ecstatic to say hello to our newest Lady Exclusive Ashlee Rose! I knew we were in good hands when she emailed me this picture. Rehearsals start tonight for our September 27th show at Pianos NYC w/Spirit Animal!!

By which I mean to say, Big Christmas’ own Chris Goldteeth’s cameo in the Das Racist ‘Michael Jackson’ video just premiered on MTV’s Buzzworthy Blog (look for him near the end transmorphifying into El-P). Cute Band Alert-Big Christmas to Play 2nd Show with Super Cuties Les Vinyl
These are our friends, the band Les Vinyl, playing one of my favorite songs of theirs at Maxwell’s in Hoboken. We’re playing with them (our 2nd show!!) on July 30th at the Full Cup in magical Staten Island, NY. This show also just happens to be the after party for the muy magicale Midevenings with Jay Miller show happening earlier that (mid)evening. I mentioned this to a few other people, but seriously, this blockbuster night of entertainment is probably the best excuse you’ll ever have to visit Staten Island.
